IPS Intelligentsia Publishings and Academic Services is a reputable international publishing company that publishes scholarly journals and books in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) and HASS (Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences). IPS journals are streamlined to cover specific subject areas in order to ensure easy indexing, speedy accessibility, and discoverability of published content. Many areas of coverage are fundamental to health, the economy, and the general well-being of man, and as such IPS is interested in scholarly manuscripts that are well-written. IPS has an internal framework for quality control through ensuring proper peer review, quality control, and assurance.
IPS publishing model is hybrid in nature and unique. It supports both Open Access and Closed access publishing models. Our Open Access program charges a nominal processing fee for only accepted articles to encourage authors with or without grants to publish their work without delays. However, our journals and books on Closed Access or subscription-based models are free to publish in. IPS publishes/rollover accepted papers as it goes and does not overly delay publishing as done by the traditional publishers. IPS uses a double-blind peer review mechanism to process received manuscripts.
With the goal of IPS as a leading academic publisher, we are expanding and entering partnerships with top databases worldwide. The credibility, visibility, and citability of our published papers and the corresponding H-index increments are of priority to us. Similarly, to speed up the availability of unpublished content, IPS launched its preprint portal to enable authors publish their preprints ahead of print for free. Besides journal and book publishing, IPS also offers other services such as journal hosting, editorial services, conference proceeding publishing among other collaborative services. IPS terms of agreement vary and depend on the nature of the services to render.

In our Open Access program, IPS favors CC BY 4.0 Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License which permits free reuse, remix, and transformation of contents provided due credit is given. By this model, authors retain the copyright of their works. For our Closed Access program, IPS favors CC BY NC Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License which permits reuse, remix, and transformation of contents for NonCommercial purposes.
