Article Processing Charges

IPS charges an article processing fee of $30 for the publication of accepted articles in order to offset the cost of publication, peer review management, hosting, Crossref subscription, indexing, and archiving for open-access articles. The fees are fixed and independent of article page length with no submission or color editing fees. The ability to pay article processing fees is not a requisite for article acceptance or rejection. Authors are advised to send only well-prepared manuscripts.

Please note: Most IPS journals are currently publishing articles for free.

The article processing fee is free for articles to be published Closed Access. Our book program will charge authors per chapter except books to be published Closed Access.

Hard copies of reprints are also available and will be determined by our finance department when we receive a request.

Payment methods

1. Card transfer: Direct card payments can be made to us through our secured payment platform through MasterCard, Visa, Verve and other payment methods. The platform to make such payments will only be provided to authors upon the acceptance of their articles.
